Joseph why would you have him do a jkl reset? That reset isn't
really used much anymore unless you want to reinitialize the
unit.

Try just pressing Reset to see if it works now. Or, try pressing
JKL while pressing Reset button. Hold down these keys until you
hear the startup sound.

Hi I think I have managed to get updated finally. Thanks for
all the suggestions and info. I have managed to get myself stuck
in braille keyboard mode on the QUERTY keyboard though. I fix
that somewhere in options donT I?
