Hi Stephanie,
You need to download this with the computer. I had the same
problem, but I didn't install it when I checked the size. I'm
not sure how large the
upgrade is, but I know it's large. You need a computer to
download a file like that. After that, you should be fine with
the installation.

Hi all.
I tried re downloading the ks upgrade on to a sd card. I used
the apex to do it. the file is 228 kb and is in the none folder
of the sd card. I also deleted the file I had already downloaded
offf my flash disc. I pressed reset to start the install. It
said installing but then after a few seconds, installN failed.
No other message. I am becoming quite frustrated as I reY want
this upgrade to work. Btw the licence key installed fine.
