Hi Stephanie,
The .hwy installer file that I used was 54 megs or so, and you said that
yours was only 228k. It seems that you need to download the file again, and
to be on the safe side, do it from a PC if you have one available. .

Hi all.
I tried re downloading the ks upgrade on to a sd card. I used the apex to
do it. the file is 228 kb and is in the none folder of the sd card. I
also deleted the file I had already downloaded offf my flash disc. I
pressed reset to start the install. It said installing but then after a
few seconds, installN failed. No other message. I am becoming quite
frustrated as I reY want this upgrade to work. Btw the licence key
installed fine.
