Hi Lucy,
Welcome to the list. Could you mind give us your keyboard model and version of KeySoft you are running? It appears that the system drive has been reset to factory defaults. If this happens, the symptoms you've described will occur. The only remedy is reinstalling "everything" - GPS, dictionary, Nemeth Tutorial. This gives me an enormous incentive to rewrite one of my PBWorks articles - provided that Sabbahattin recommends this and HW conschts writing about this reset...
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Urgent: lost oxford dictionary, nemeth tutorial, and gps

Hi listers. I just got my apex and upgraded it to 9.1 and things have been going great for me for a little bit. But today I just did a regular normal average reset because my bn froze, and then I find out that my oxford dictionary and thesaurus, the nemeth tutorial, and the navigation menu for the gps, are all gone. I have no idea how reseting the bn could make stuff like that disappear but it did. When I reseted my bn, it started up like usual, but then for some reason the speech just turned on by itself and then it said installing manual or whatever and then it said extracting whatever. It's so weird. Have any of you had this problem? If you have I would like your advice and also if there is any way to fix this and somehow get these
things back that would be great. So please help me.
Thank you.
