Well, if HIMS can figure out a way to alloww Windows to recognize *their*
notetaker as an external drive, then HumanWare can do the same.

Part of the reason is because most windows mobile and windows CE devices
don't show that way I don't think, it's drivers and coding in the software
that does that. I know phones have the ability to show as a drive, but
only with activeSync or similar installed. windows just isn't smart enough
to manage stuff like that alone.

Subject: [Braillenote] necessary feature
Hi, List,
I think I'll postpone using Audible with the Apex because I find the
process to be so daunting!
I think it would be much easier if the Apex could automatically be
recognized as an external disk drive by the PC. The BrailleSense Plus
has this feature and I think it's wonderful! I believe that's why I was
able to activate Audible so easily with the BSP. The audible folder was
automatically created and the activation screen appeared automatically.
I can't understand why HumanWare didn't implement the feature of Windows
recognizing the BN as a disk drive long ago.
