His apostrophes loook wrong onn my PC, also. Perhaps he is using dot 4
instead of dot 3 because they look like acute accents followed by question
marks. On a qwerty BN, the apostrophe is the key to the right of the
semicolon. In braille, the apostrophe is dot 3.

Next I tried it on an Mpower on which I had done it some months
ago thinking the KS software differences might let the mpower

However, I think HW should also take a close look at this issue
