Since you asked about the size of the two units, I thought I would copy and 
paste the specifications for each device.  And, seeing as you said Voice Sense, 
not Voice Sense QWERTY, I'm going to assume you're talking about the Perkins 
type keyboard for each of these units.  Also, as you can see below, the Voice 
Sense is somewhat smaller in size and weight than the Voice Note.
