Hi, Hmmm, I see where this is going... I understand, since you've been on both lists for a while. Few things first: where did you hear that VoiceNote is not a good product to use, and are there sources that say that they don't recommend this product? The VoiceNote comes from Canada, while its competetor comes from South Korea. When you send a VoiceNote, one would usually go through a dealer who'll send the unit to Canada. Cheers, Joseph
