Well, a few things to think about:
1. We first need to keep hounding hw to actually give us the thing,
and it can't cost much money since we might then have to charge for
anything we create. Besides, the Hims sdk is free, so for hw to
compete they should match that.
2. The sdk needs to offer the ability to modify existing menus and
programs. If we can only add programs under a special menu, then we
could not offer a file options menu, submenus on the main menu, a
timer option in the time menu, and many other things that should be
integrated into keysoft.
