I think I understand question 5. You translated a document into braille. You have your display set up to read uncontracted braille, but the document you translated reads in contracted braille. You also want to know why Keybook will show your documents in uncontracted braille but KeyWord doesn't.

Here's your answers. The BN always translate documents into contracted braille unless you first open the text document and insert the code to translate the file into uncontracted braille. You didn't add the code so the doc was translated into contracted braille. The second answer is if the files you read with KeyBook are already in uncontracted braille, they will read that way.
