If you have a USB to serial converter, or is it serial to usb, you could plug the serial cable into the mPower and the serial end of the converter into the cable and plug the USB end of the converter into the PC. If your screen reader has the ability to set up external synthesizers and Keynote Gold is one that it supports, then you could use KNG as an external synthesizer. WindowEyes has this capability.
