I am not sure about selling them since they are so out of date (not even able to use wifi with an external card). However, you may want to talk to local school systems or blindness-related groups to see if they are in need of such machines. If you cannot find a buyer, I am sure that hw will take them and, at the very least, dispose of them properly.
