The key is on your original installation disc.  The simplest thing to do is
to install the version from the disc, and then download the latest update
and install that.  That should take care of the user key issue.  It's also
possible to manually copy the user key from the disc to the PDA, but that's
somewhat more complicated.

Hi,

Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but it concerns a HumanWare product
so I thought I'd post it here. I had a trekker and maestro PDA. I
decided to try the PDA with MobileSpeak demo for a while. So when I
went to switch back to maestro, I did a hard reset and redownloaded
the program, totally forgot about the authentication key (yes, I had a
backup, but it got corrupt). So is there any way to get a new key,
because I don't think HW support will do it anymore. Thanks for any
help.
