Hi folks;
First of all my planned purchase would be a voice note rather than the
braille note. I was a bit surprised when someone mentioned that
eloquence wasn't doing such a great job. Can you install another speech
program or does it come with more than one so you have to make choices?
Secondly I was more than a bit shocked about the warranty issue. We
shouldn't have to pay $95.00 to diagnose a problem if the unit is under
warranty. In their defense, I have used braille all my life and 90 per
minute is pushing things. Those darn fingers can get tangled.
