Hi, Richard,

There's also Keynote Gold. I like the sound of Keynote Gold better than Eloquence. The only thing that bothers me is when I interrupt the speech to type something, I hear a uh-uh knock-knock sound. I'm using a qwerty unit.

I've used braille all my life, too, and I used to be able to write 40 words a minute with a Perkins brailler. But I have always preferred a qwerty keyboard for notetakers. I don't know how fast I would be if I had a bt unit. My speed is about 40wpm on the qwerty. 90 or 100wpm might be too fast for the BN, especially because of the space commands.

Keynote Gold was the original synth for the BN'S. It was the default synth until the Apex.
