I'm a qwerty user and I can't use my Apex as a braille terminal with
WindowEyes. I never had any problem with my mPower. My mPower had some
cells which weren't working and I traded it in for an Apex. I don't
remember whether or not my Apex ever worked with WE, either before or after
the upgrade. I think it was running 9.0 when I bought it.
Presently, I'm using my HIMS BrailleSense Plus as a braille terminal with
WindowEyes. Almost every qwerty key on the keyboard can be used for a hot
key. However, the hot keys and their descriptions are out of sync.
HumanWare has promised me they would fix their problem and HIMS is working
on fixing their problem, too. I wonder who will get their problem fixed
first?
