It still would be nice if they could put all these bugs aside, fix them,
allow FTP access, and support voice chat with BN.
Thoughts all?
I mean, come on, just a small little VChat plugin like 10kb or somethin!
Like a Keysoft Adon...

Personally I think the Apex is very good and I am glad I am back with the
BrailleNote family of products after dalliances elsewhere. In some ways,
however, the MPower was better and I hope it won't be long before these
positives come to the Apex. I think Sabahattin you'll find your perspective
much improved when the keyboard is replaced. Before I had mine done I really
had quite a lot to grumble about, but now the machine seems worth the good
press it got.
Yes indeed, I copy that. As to the keyboard, I bit the bullet. I have called
HW today and they'll come to collect it tomorrow morning, so I can get this
over and done with. I threw in a display clean and service check while I was
at it; can't be too careful. We'll see if I can't reevaluate it when it
returns. It really is a nice all-round machine, and it'd be a shame to see all
the effort in utility lost to some silly little bugs and bad quality testing,
even when we're just on holiday.
Cheers,
Sabahattin
