Hi;
First for the party having trouble charging their unit be certain that
it is actually getting power. I had similar adventures with an
unrelated item recently that was plugged in but for reasons unknown no
current. I tried a different outlet and away we went. Adding to the
mystery, I can now use that outlet with no issues.
