Hi,
Either that (multiple copies of same email) or downloading the emails after
cancelling the send/receive process beforehand. From my tests (and
experiences), this is most likely the result of previously downloaded emails
being skipped (KeyMail telling the server that it already has those email,
thus it does not download the actual email again although BN will tell you
it is downloading the email at a faster rate). This last trick was
successful in downloading email at a slightly faster rate on my Apex,
although I had to cancel the previous send/receive session while KeyMail was
doing it.
Cheers,
Joseph

I encounter this problem from time to time and have been told
that it can happen when there are multiple copies of the same
email on the server. Is this a possible explanation?
