I am having the same situation. It is pretty much the same as described here. I have an apex BT
32, by the way. First, it says that there are 13 emails, but then there's only one.

Hi,
My mPower running 7.5 build 31 is giving me incorrect email
counts. When it says downloading 13 emails, for example, I only
actually get ten. Or perhaps if it says one message or four, I
only really receive zero or two.
Is there anything I can do to correct this? It doesn't happen
every time, but often enough to be very annoying.
