This is because, unlike the other product (as I did see the thread) the bn has no "read-only" as I like to call it, mode, as far as I know besides turning review mode on or off. So, if you type fast Like I do, this could be, IMO, somewhat of an inconvenience/annoyance because you could hit the spacebar with a key press and not realize it. Just my thoughts, and HTH, Josh sent from my Apex Email: [email protected] ----- Original Message ----- From: Snow Bunny <[email protected] To: [email protected] Date sent: Sat, 11 Jun 2011 13:58:03 -0400 Subject: [Braillenote] Braille input versus command Hi, guys. On a list for another product, the following question was raised: If you Braille very fast on the unit, somehow hitting the spacebar initiated a command instead of putting a "space" in the document. As I see it, the unit thought the "space" and the next character made a chord command. How about on the Apex, is this a problem? I've not heard of this on the list but I haven't been a member for too long. Thanks and have a great weekend! Beth -- Email services provided by the System Access Mobile Network.
