Hi Randi,
I think that you already have this problem solved, but when I get
those messages you were talking about, it means that the database
for the e-mail is full. The database can only hold 16.5 mb of
messages which is between 2000 to 2200 e-mails. When that
happens, nothing works. I usually don't empty my trash folder
until using e-mail gets impossible. After emptying the trash and
freeing up disk space, operations go back to normal. Hopefully,
the next time this happens to you, this will be the problem and
you don't lose any e-mails.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions, let me know. I use
a
QT32.

Subject: [Braillenote] keymail is behaving strangely
Hi All,
I've been using keymail for quite awhile now, and tonight it
started behaving strangely.
I'm using the Apex BT32. When I press the letter S to
send/receive, it acts like it's getting new mail and says
"receiving 1 of 8" and then I get a message saying "error
receiving message 1 the operation completed successfully." If
there is a messsage, I can't do anything with it like move it to
trash or any folder. The last time I tried sending myself a test
message, it said it was receiveing 1 of 1. Then the message that
the operation completed successfully... No message was there.
I've tried both the standard reset and 456 reset with no luck.
Haven't tried the 123 reset yet... I really don't feel like
reloading the dictionary and my wifi settings tonight...
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Randi
