Hi all!
I am writing on behalf of a user that is not currently subscribed
to this list. She is having an issue with keymail. She has a
BrailleNote Apex, version 9.1.
When this user attempts to send email via her gmail account in
keymail, she gets the error: "555, invalid syntax error." As a
result of this, she cannot send email at all via keymail. She
has, however, told me she can receive mail. She has tried a soft
reset and a 4-5-6 reset to no avail.
Does anybody have any idea of what could be going on? I will
forward any responses I get to the user in question.
