If she could join the list, that would be easiest, since there are some questions we have to have answered first. 1. Did this start randomly, or when she started using the account in question? 2. Did she change any settings (username, password, port numbers, and so on) on the bn? 3. Did she change any gMail settings, specifically those dealing with pop3 access, on the account from the gMail site? 4. Is she able to send from other accounts, if any are set up? I assume so, but it never hurts to be sure.
