That depends on whether or not you have an Apex running KeySoft
9.1. If you have KeySoft 9.1, the enhanced format is supported.
The mPower supports only format 4 books.

Is the bn really limited to using just audible format 4 books, or
could I use other formats? I've noticed that 4 isn't the best
audio quality. I could live with such a limitation, but I'm
hoping I don't have to.
