Exactly. The files under discussion here are not ones I created, they are the default files that come with keysoft. Examples include the user manual, keylist and keybase databases (address list, email, all the databases you see when you first use keybase, and so on). Since they are default files that are never modified by the user, they do not need to be backed up by the user and can be restored from the rom image without overriding user data.
