dear HumanWare developers, BrailleNote users and programmers: I guess the other side won after all: Our competition has just announced the availibility of their SDK for their device. The most asked for feature by the programming comunity on this list has been fulfilled on another device's side, with the company rep saying that any developer who wish to write the software for their device can contact the company, obtain the usage agreement, sign it and receive the development tools (which runs on eEmbedded Visual C++, a tool from Microsoft). Thus, I believe the only way for HW to stay on top would be answering programmers' question: when will the KeySoft SDK be released to bring the true potential of Apex? Cheers, Joseph
