Hi Timothy,

Good point, Grant! Timothy, I'd go with the Apex, even over the
BrailleSense. I've used my Apex longer, so maybe I don't know as much
as some others about the Sense, but I have checked out my friend's
Sense, and I find the Apex easier to use. The main reason for this is
that the Sense uses a computer-style layout (combo boxes, windows,
etc.) whereas the Apex uses a menu/list layout, which I have found
much easier to navigate with. Also, the Apex uses the same underlying
principles, if you will, as the mPower. In other words, it has the
same layout, most of the same features (for some reason, they took off
the remote synthesizer feature, but I never needed that anyway) but
the Apex has just enhanced the features you've come to know and love
in the mPower. So, I think that if you stayed with the BN line and
switched to the Apex, it would be a much less steep learning curve
than it would if you went from an mPower to a BrailleSense. Hope this
helps!

Chris
