Hey all, I cannot access internet after installing the bookshare hotfix on the apex running keysoft 9.1. All it does is sits there saying it's loading. I can't even access gmail. The hotfix is the bookshare update to keysoft 9.1. How do I make the browser work again? I've tried all 3 resets. What do I do next? Thanks! Brandon
