Brandon, The bookshare hotfix may have been just a coincidence. I've had my Apex refuse to access the Internet a couple of times for no apparent reason. Once it didn't get resolved till I did a major reset, and I still haven't reinstalled my dictionary and GPS keys from that time. Glad yours didn't need such drastic action. Hey all, I cannot access internet after installing the bookshare hotfix on the apex running keysoft 9.1. All it does is sits there saying it's loading. I can't even access gmail. The hotfix is the bookshare update to keysoft 9.1. How do I make the browser work again? I've tried all 3 resets. What do I do next? Thanks!
