Hi everyone,
I just talked to Greg Silsman at HW Tech Support and asked him
about our issues with Keychat contacts disappearing. He said
that he was reading the list this weekend and saw that thread and
that this was happening to a lot of us. He did everything he
could think of on his Apex, but couldn't reproduce the problem at
all. So, it can't be a problem with Google, since if it was, the
problem would be across the board, effecting everybody. So he's
asking all of us to let HW Tech know exactly the steps you did
when it happened, if applicable. In other words, what exactly
were you doing on Keychat when this happened, or did it just
happen? They're at about as much of a loss as we are, so if you
can figure out any reason why it might be doing it or how it
happened to you, please notify HW by calling 800-722-3393 and
hitting option 7 or emailing [email protected]. Hope you can
help HW figure this out!
