Hi,
It is in fact with Google. There were reports in the past of contacts
disappearing on other GTalk clients. Also, there were words on Gmail
not being usable for some time in the past. Well, I'm thinking that HW
cannot reproduce this, as the problem has been corrected by Google by
end of the weekend.
On a related note: as for Bookshare problem, the stability will depend
on code between Benetech and HW.
