QT: menu, Function with O for options, Read with I for support info mode, Ctrl with Function with E for erase. BT: space with 1-2-3-4-5-6, space with O for options, space with I for support info mode, backspace with space with 1-2-4-5-6 for erase. You'd better have a backup first.
