Hi,
Go to Options Menu/Support Information Mode, then press BACKSPACE with ER sign (CTRL with FUNCTION with E). Be aware that you need to backup your stuff (which I'm sure you've done).
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] I need to restore an APEX to factory settings?

Dear List,

I think one of you posted on how to do this before, but I got rid
of the post as it did not apply to me at the time.

I had to send my APEX back to get a key fixed.
In the mean time, I was using an APEX which was lent to me.
My APEX is back! Praise the Lord!!!

Now, I need to give back this APEX, but I want to make sure that
NONE of my personal information stays in the unit.
How do I clear everything out of it?

Please feel free to write me off list.

Thank you,

Frank M. Hernandez.
