Hi,
   this happens to me sometimes, too (it's incredibly
annoying!), and the only way I've found to fix it is to do either
a C3 C4 or a C1 C4 reset.
If anyone has a better way, we'd love to hear about it! BTW,
anybody know why the speech cuts out sometimes, even though the
display says speech is on?

I don't know what I did, but I lost the speech of my PK.
The display says speech is on, but I can't hear it talking!
I increased the volume, yet it didn't help!
