Hi Alice and everyone,

The Apex does the same thing, although it happens more with Eloquence than with Keynote Gold. Looks like the PK has different resets, as I've never heard of the ones you mentioned. By the time I was old enough to use a BN, I was using an mPower with Keysoft 7.5. On the Apex, a soft reset usually does the trick for me. Does this happen when you are using Eloquence, Keynote Gold, or both? Does the PK even have Eloquence?

Chris

Hi,
this happens to me sometimes, too (it's incredibly
annoying!), and the only way I've found to fix it is to do either
a C3 C4 or a C1 C4 reset.
If anyone has a better way, we'd love to hear about it! BTW,
anybody know why the speech cuts out sometimes, even though the
display says speech is on?
Weird!
Alice

Hello,,
I don't know what I did, but I lost the speech of my PK.
The display says speech is on, but I can't hear it talking!
I increased the volume, yet it didn't help!
Help please!
Thank you.

Estelita
