Hi everyone,
I was just on my BN Apex and I was in keyweb when out of nowhere,
while trying to connect to the BARD website, my Apex brought up the
message "Application Error Keysoft.exe has encountered a serious
problem and must shut down, I hit space with h to see what I was
supposed to do and it said to hit enter, which I did and I still see
the message on the Braille display. I haven't tried any resets because
I'm not sure which one is appropriate for this issue.
If anyone has any ideas, could they please reply ASAP because I've got
a bit of  Homework I've got to get done and I need the use of the
Apex.
