Hi,
What address did you try to load when this occur? If you give us the address of the site, then we'll be able to reproduce this. As for the fatal app dialog, this is usually caused by KeySoft trying to do something that is not allowed by the operating system. Usually, a warm reset fixes it.

Hi everyone,
I was just on my BN Apex and I was in keyweb when out of nowhere,
while trying to connect to the BARD website, my Apex brought up the
message "Application Error Keysoft.exe has encountered a serious
problem and must shut down, I hit space with h to see what I was
supposed to do and it said to hit enter, which I did and I still see the message on the Braille display. I haven't tried any resets because
I'm not sure which one is appropriate for this issue.
If anyone has any ideas, could they please reply ASAP because I've got
a bit of  Homework I've got to get done and I need the use of the
Apex.
