Hi Lucy,
Hopefully by this time you have the problem fixed. However, I
used to have the same problem intermittently with my Apex. The
way I found to fix it was to take the case off and to remove the
battery and put it back in. The unit would reset and all would be
well for a time.

Subject: [Braillenote] Unresponsive Apex
Hi all,
After just one week with my brand-new Apex, it seems to have
broken down. It won't turn on and won't respond to resets or the
AC adapter. I was just writing in a document when it shut off so
have no idea what would have caused this to happen. Can anyone
suggest a solution?
Thanks in advance for any advice -- I have some saved files on
the Apex I really need to get back ASAP, if possible!
