Considering the news today, 9.2 is now the latest. If you have an SMA remaining, or you got your apex in or after August of this year (2011), you can upgrade now. Otherwise you will have to pay for the update. If you don't want 9.2, then 9.1 is the next-latest version. Please call Humanware for pricing and installation details.
