Well, I’d thought Humanware had learned from past messages that they need to provide an alternative .zip file for those of us whose providers won’t allow us to download the update files. I haven’t seen any such file for this update, and although I could get my product key, it looks like I’ll have to wait on the update until they remember, yet again, that some of our providers, for whatever reason, won’t let us download large files with a strange type of file extension. Another option, as I’ve told them in the past, would be to give us an https site from which to download, which sometimes gets us past the blocks our providers put up. I can only hope they’re still getting things set up and this just hasn’t happened yet. I’d hate to think that they’d forgotten about us yet again.
