Subject: [Braillenote] It appears I won't be able to download it yet

Well, I€셝 thought Humanware had learned from past messages that they need to provide an alternative .zip file for those of us whose providers won€셳 allow us to download the update files. I haven€셳 seen any such file for this update, and although I could get my product key, it looks like I€셪l have to wait on the update until they remember, yet again, that some of our providers, for whatever reason, won€셳 let us download large files with a strange type of file extension. Another option, as I€셶e told them in the past, would be to give us an https site from which to download, which sometimes gets us past the blocks our providers put up. I can only hope they€셱e still getting things set up and this just hasn€셳 happened yet. I€셝 hate to think that they€셝 forgotten about us yet again.

Peggy
