Hi,
Hmmm, seems to be a registry confusion between 9.1 and 9.2. Then I guess I have to recommend that people do JKL (4-5-6) reset to restore registry settings.
Cheers,
Joseph

Keysoft 9.2 seems to be running better after I deleted the
keysoft file. Hopefully that was the problem that was fixed.
I'll give it more time.

Hi,
Were you able to duplicate it? If so, then we'll be happy to help
you find the culprit for it; if not, then it might be a random
thing.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] keysoft 9.2 problem with freezes

Hi Listers, I notice an issue with keysoft 9.2. I notice
sometimes apex freezes when I'm reading an email message and it
freezes when I was reading one of the appointments for the
planner. This did not happen with keysoft 9.1. So what I did
was that I deleted the keysoft file under flash in the none
directory and then reset the braillenote. It seems to be working
okay so far. Has anyone have problem with apex freezing with
keysoft 9.2?
Mike
