Sounds like while Keysoft 9.2 was supposed to be a little patch, it's full of problems and bugs as well. For this reason, I think I'll wait until HW gets the kinks out of 9.2 before I upgrade. I'm not going to sacrifice having all of these problems for PDF support. Yes, the fact that you have to convert PDF files using an external source (Online Converter, RoboBraille, etc.) to make any sense of them whatsoever on the BN is annoying, but I can easily convert them by sending a simple email to a conversion service called RoboBraille using Keysoft 9.1. And with all the problems with 9.2 I'm seeing on this list, it's making me very wary of upgrading, if you know what I mean. They may need to release a patch for the patch.

Subject: [Braillenote] keysoft 9.2 problem with freezes

Hi Listers, I notice an issue with keysoft 9.2. I notice
sometimes apex freezes when I'm reading an email message and it
freezes when I was reading one of the appointments for the
planner. This did not happen with keysoft 9.1. So what I did
was that I deleted the keysoft file under flash in the none
directory and then reset the braillenote. It seems to be working
okay so far. Has anyone have problem with apex freezing with
keysoft 9.2?
Mike
