It's possible, but it isn't what the product does.  I think you've got your 
hopes staked rather too high.

First, for file synchronisation, I regret to inform you that it would appear 
HumanWare didn't consider one particular effect of hiding the "KeySoft System 
Disk" when it made that change to the interface.  So, you must find another 
solution.  If you're really that opposed to memory sticks and such, access the 
files over the network whenever possible, or just make a habit of copying 
everything too and fro and remember which is the master copy and which the 
backup.  Sorry.

For the other stuff, you'll need to be manually involved in KeySync and 
synchronisation.  We don't do Exchange support, so you simply can't automate it 
in a seemly fashion.  Sorry!
