Hi,
I assume you've installed the hotfix for 9.1.
At the file download prompt, what folder did you tell the Apex to
store the downloaded file? For simplicity, I usually download to
"downloads" folder on Flash. After it has been downloaded
(hopefully after getting "complete" message), check the folder
where you told the Apex to download the file and, assuming it
went well, you should find it.

Hi all,
When I try to download a book from Bookshare on my Apex (still
using 9.1), everything seems fine, but the book doesn't show up
in the folder I've selected. I've tried with a couple of
different books. Does anyone know how to solve this?
