Hi list,

This is one of those "it would be nice if ..." comments that could be added to my comment about the unnatural pauses in Eloquence speech.

It would be nice to have independent cursor control, so that in automatic mode, you could have the cursor follow you as you read. It's annoying when you're reading along in a large book, and then you need to go back a line to read something, and you find the cursor is still at the end of where your previous reading session left off. I know I could press the routing button or switch to edit mode or whatever, but I never remember to do that. It would be great to control the cursor a bit more. I doubt this will be added any time soon, since the BN has apparently worked this way for years, but I guess I'm spoiled, having used other note takers with their diverse ways of controlling cursor behavior.

On the positive side though, the Apex is a pleasure to use for reading; it's small, light, and the braille display is a pleasure to use.
