Hello all I am too having problems with my bn syncing with calendar and 
contacts.  I have an apex and I am using microsoft outlook and windows XP.  
Prior to getting the bn I had a pacmate with the same system that I am using 
now and had no problems syncing.  I have contacted humanware and this issue is 
not resolved yet for me.  It is really important to me that I be able to sync 
because I have a lot of contacts and meetings and this is a feature/function 
that is necessary for me.  The bn says please wait once I select sync but no 
files are copied.  Humanware tech support said that I should manually enter my 
contacts into the bn and delete them from outlook and re-install outlook.  I am 
trying to exhaust all other possibilities because I have over 400 contacts and 
taking their suggestion would be time consuming beside the possibility that it 
might not correct the issue.  I was told that it is possible for the pacmate to 
have created the calendar and contacts in such a way that the bn is unable to 
copy.
