Hi All,
I just looked again and found the email signature section listed
in the table of contents of the manual. So I wasn't looking in
the right place. But it really isn't in the index.

Subject: re: [Braillenote] An e-mail Question
Hi Allison,
I had never played with the signature before, but this morning I
took a crash course. I tried replying to a message and putting it
in the draft folder and also putting it in the outbox and both
put the signature in the right spot. I did the same with a brand
new message, and both worked correctly. I know you are an
experienced user of BrailleNotes, but I was wondering if you are
writing the messages below the signature. When you reply to or
start a new message the signature is already in the message. I
doubt that is the problem, but that is my first stab at it.
By the way in the help index, I couldn't find anything about
creating signatures. I either missed something or they didn't put
an entry in for it. I had to finally manually open the e-mail
chapter of the manual and search for it. If others notice this,
it might be something for me to report to support.
Hope this helps a little!!
Debby
Happy Holidays!!

Subject: [Braillenote] An e-mail Question
Hi everyone,
I'm back on the list after a long absence.
I'm a long-time Braillenote user, and I have an Apex, which I
love. I've had it since it first came out.
I have a question about e-mail.
I have set up a signature, as well as a reply signature. When
Keysoft asks me if I'm ready to send the e-mail and I say not
because I want to fix something, and I go into my outbox, open
the e-mail to make changes, my signature is at the top of the
e-mail, which of course I don't want. Why does this happen, and
is there any way to correct it?
