Hi Jessica,
As I mentioned to you before, the BrailleNote uses POP for incoming mail and SMTP for outbound mail, with port 995 for POP and 465 for SMTP. Remember also that both POP and SMTP must be secure connections, and, since you indicated that you can send but can't receive, you MUST tell the BrailleNote that the SMTP server requires authentication. In other words, when the BrailleNote attempts to send mail it must log into the SMTP server using your GMail user name and password. If it doesn't do this, the SMTP server will reject the attempt, thinking that someone is attempting to use that server for generating spam or for other nefarious purposes. . Hope this helps. If it doesn't then write back with your current settings so we can take a look at them and recommend possible changes.

Tom

Hi again. I am still trieing to get gmail to work with keymail. What
settings need to be used on the gmail account its self? Pop or imap?
Also is there any other account settings I could change to make it
work? I can receive mail but I can't send it.
